In order to receive a Refund, one must meet the following terms and conditions:

• Terms of refund: We must be notified of any refunds within 24 Hours
• A refund cannot be issued once you Confirm that you will be taking the exam on your scheduled date and time
• A refund cannot be issued once your Renewed or Reinstated Certification Certificate is sent you
